Our second ever residential cooking retreat - this time veganising all our favourite French classics for pure indulgence!

Spend three nights here at the serene HeartSpace House set in the rural Haute-Vienne countryside, learning how to make all our favourite classic French recipes.

What’s Included?

4 hands-on cooking workshops:

  • Puff pastry and how to use it - croissant, pain au chocolate, pain aux raisins, frangipan and creme patissiere

  • Essentials - ‘beef’ seitan, fresh almond cheese, baguette

  • Main meals - Bourguignon, ratatouille, omelette…

  • Desserts and cake - including crème brûlée, madeleines and more!

  • Optional yoga & sound baths for relaxation

  • Airport transfers from Limoges airport (flights from Manchester & London Stansted with RyanAir)

  • Use of hot tub

  • A stunning countryside setting with like-minded food lovers
