SJ will be guiding you through ancestral magic, mediumship and spiritual connection with lots of witchy Samhain practices, meditations and some mini yoga sessions.

We’re welcoming SJ for the second of her two retreats with us here at HeartSpace house this year! I’ve known SJ for 8 years and she is an extremely talented yoga teacher and wonderful human!

This retreat will focus on deeply connecting with yourself, the universe and Spirit. In a safe environment with an extremely capable and confident guide, you will experience immense healing and uncover the mysteries of your soul.
